2008 touring vs standard colors

    If you go to Toyota Cars, Trucks, SUVs & Accessories and choose build your own prius, the color choices are not the same between standard and touring. And, spectra blue is not available color choice for either.

    Are these colors choices accurate or is the toyota builder tool wrong?

    Standard colors

    Super White, classic silver metallic, magnetic gray, black, barcelona red metallic, driftwood pearl, silver pine mica, seaside pearl.

    Touring Colors

    Super White, classic silver metallic, magnetic gray, barcelona red metallic, driftwood pearl.

    If these are not correct, what are the correct colors?

    I know you can get black in the Touring edition as well. Color choices vary by region.

    The same colors are available for both the standard and touring editions.

    I believe that what the build your own tool shows is only what is now available in your area. Tomorrow, you may not be able to build your own touring edition at all. Then the next day you might be able to build a Spectra Blue Prius, etc.

    For example. I'm located in New York City. Last time I checked I couldn't build a touring edition at all. And when I plugged in a California zip code, I could only build a touring edition with option package #6.

    I saw the new dark blue on a Touring model today on the freeway. First one I've seen that color. Maybe a regional thing, which colors go with which models.
