    Can anyone help identify what cover plate I should be searching for to replace the one missing right under the headlight assy..???

    Except, that's not the tow eye cover, it's for the headlight washers. Our Touring's similar, tow eye cover lower left, washer cover upper right:

    Look on McGeorge Toyota for one, hopefully you can find it. Not sure if it would be a part, or a sub-assembly.

    Yeppers... I believe it is the driver's side park assist sensor. I'm hoping that it is still on the harness inside the bumper cover cavity. Not nice when one of those orange road cones comes rolling into your path and you don't have room to veer out of it's way.!!!.
