2010 to 2013 dash and touchscreen software update?

    i recently got a 2013 prius as a loaner car for a day and noticed an upgraded software on the dash and the touchscreen. is it possible to upgrade either one of these on my 2010 prius V?

    what do you mean by 'an upgraded software'? there are entune updates and gps map updates.

    not sure what you mean by entune but i'm not talking about the map update. i'm asking about the actual OS. the new prius has a smoother looking interface on the dash and the touchscreen has the 'apps'. is it possible to get that on the pre-facelift prius gen 3s?

    okay, i think i understand. i didn't realize they changed the look on the gen III's. hopefully someone will have some knowledge for you, all the best!(y)
