2010 used Prius - need help to identify mystery car alarm system.

Hi all,

I'm hoping the experts can help me out on this.

We recently purchased a 2010 Prius II, not Two. It came with "Viper 2-way" key Fobs along with the Toyota key Fobs.

Unfortunately, the car did not come with any documentation on how to use it...and I'm not at all familiar with alarm systems.

Do any of you know where I should look to determine which unit we have installed in the car? I have no idea where installers usually put these things.

BTW - the key FOBs and receiver unit ( installed near the rearview mirror ) look exactly like the one here :
