2011 Prius one 135000mi - AC blowing hot air with rattling noise

This video was taken yesterday. When the AC was on, there was a loud buzzing/humming noise that would sort of ramp up and down once in awhile while driving. The AC still produced cold air.

This video was taken today. When the AC is on there is rattling and the AC blows warm air. The rattling noise also stops on it's own eventually but the AC still blows warm air. Turning the AC off stops the rattling.

I'm not a car guy, but I've looked around on here for other similar issues. I'm assuming it's the compressor but I haven't found another post similar to mine.
