My wife and I just bought a 2011 Prius with 11000 miles. It's for her she drives 100 miles a day round trip to work. I drove it for the first time yesterday. At dark I turned on the headlights and there are no lights on the radio is that normal or is the something wrong?

    Thanks

Welcome and congratulations on your new purchase.

There should be backlights on your radio. Try the dimmer switch, the wheeled switch in the lower left corner of the dash, and see if it is at the bottom. If so, move the dimmer switch up to the top and see if your lights come on.

Does eveything else around the dash have backlights? If so and the dimmer switch is already at the top you probably want to take it back to the dealer.

Yea I already tried the dimmer switch. Everything else is backlit. Guess it goes back to the dealer. Thanks for the welcome.
