I'm in the market for a Prius and have my choices narrowed down to two, a 2012 III or a 2010 V. Both have 34K miles and are listed between $18-20K.

The III has leather and navigation.
The V is fully loaded with all options.

Most of the options on the V are unimportant to me, I really just want a well maintained low mileage Prius with Bluetooth and leather.

Any thoughts on which is the better choice? Is there a huge difference between the 2010 and 2012 models?

    Thank you.

I'm only familiar with the Pkg.2 since I traded my 2010 with 155k on it for a certified 2012 pkg.2 with 17k on it. Only difference I noticed was the 12 gets about 2 mpg. better mileage. That really surprised me and I don't know why. The 12 gets much better radio reception over the 10. That was a problem with the 10's, don't know what the fix was. The center armrest on the 10 is much more comfortable and useful than the 12. The 12 they moved the center arm rest back to make it smaller and flip up instead of the 10 where it slides back and flips up. That's really the only differences I can think of off hand.
