2012 v versus 2013 v Re: gear shift

    I had posted that I was considering a new 2012. I saw pics that show the gear shift on the 2012 to be mounted on the center console, than than the mini-lever mounted on dash face. I've looked at other 2012 v pics and had not noticed that significant difference. Is this true of some 2012 v cars but not all?

    I don't think that's a v interior, but a regular Prius.

    Some dealers will advertise a Prius Liftback Five as a Prius V. You have to be careful not to confuse this with a Prius v which is the Wagon model of the Prius line.
