2013 prius persona/verizon samsung 7 edge and can not connect to entune for internet

I have had my 2013 Prius Persona SE. I also have a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge that is on a Verizon plan. Has anyone else had problems with getting a phone on Verizon to connect to Entune? I have reached out to Toyota and have done all their steps. I can connect to phone for calls and music but it will not ever connect to the internet. It searchs and will not find online. I have as I said done all that Toyota could think of and i can not help but think it is something with Verizon. Anyone else had problems that is on an Android phone with Verizon. Any help would be great. I bought this car for this feature and now have fought a year and still no luck.
