38,000 miles and the dealer Charged $129 to do the software update! This was the ,diagnostic charge I am told. They could have anticipated the need when it was given regular service. They did wash the car. I am glad the screen now works but do feel hosed by Toyota. Just sharing my experience in Burlington NJ.

Here is a good thread/post on entune updates; Entune Update | PriusChat
I guess it is hard to do the update yourself with a non responsive/frozen screen. I wonder how the dealer did it?

It probably took a technician an hour to find the correct update and USB stick for your vehicle, hence the $129 charge
