2015 Prius Two - 30k Miles - $14,900

    Pretty base model but good mileage and decent price. Is this from a dealer? Did you check the Carfax for maintenance, accidents, etc?

    Buying from private or from a dealer. I just traded in my 2015 Prius Two with 35K. They gave me only 10K for it. Kelly BB had "Trade-in-Value" listed 11-13K. I could have gotten better price if I tried to sell private, but was rushed in purchasing a new Prime.

    One accident:

    "Accident reported
    with another motor vehicle
    Very minor right front damage reported
    Airbags did not deploy"

    I don't know what is used car market is like where you are, but I would huggle it. Have you used this site? 2015 Toyota Prius For Sale in Austin, TX - CarGurus
    Looking at those price, maybe that is a good buy. It's hard to tell on rental car though. People are not very nice to rental. ;)

    Just found a 2015 Prius Two with 23k miles for $14,900. Checking that one out now...

    So the 2015 w/ 23k was only ever owned by the dealership. It was a loaner car. Seems like a great deal...

    With only 23K, you have at least another 13K or 1 more year of full warranty. I would go take a look. Good luck.

    Thanks for the replies Salamander_King! So the full warranty from Toyota will cover a vehicle with multiple owners?

    Yes, it is fully transferable. The 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first will cover many things but not everything, as long as it has been maintained according to manufacturer's recommendation. If it's from dealer loaner, they should have full service record. You can also check VIN# for the delivery date, so you know when the 36 months will be.
