2016 V DRL assembly?

I’ve recently acquired a 2016 Prius V, and one of the lower bumper lights is not working. I’m new to Toyota, and to newer cars in general. (Used to 2005 and older euro cars haha)

Is there a common fixable issue here? If I end up needing to replace it, will I really have to shell out $250+ for it, or is there somewhere I can get one for a more reasonable price? Thanks!
