Hey guys. I’m curious. If I can get this 2018 Prius prime plus car even if it’s salvage but in great condition and under 72k miles is it ok maybe? I wouldn’t plan on selling it. I’d get a warranty eventually and I know someone who can help dyi etc. I’d have the car checked if possible. Battery etc if possible. It’s $14995. just curious cus I’m trying to get a 4th gen and plug in hybrid is great. Charge when possible. If not normal hybrid.
i'd say yes, maybe. some are good and some have been put back together haphazardly. it just depends on the intentions of the rebuilder. it is important to know the extent of the original damage, and who rebuilt it. also, call your insco, not every company will insure salvage, and learn the rules of salvage titles for your state, they all differ.
