2019 LE Rear Lower Bumper Cover Replacement

In my apartment parking lot, someone backed into my 2019 Prius LE and drove off. They were a real upstanding citizen, and left no insurance information or name and number



I took it to my local, reputable body shop, and they quoted me $300 to replace the lower bumper cover, since no paint or metal was damaged.

The quote they supplied listed the only replacement part required is the plastic rear lower bumper cover [part number 5245347900], which I can order online for $150 including shipping.

Has anyone done this repair? I have a ratchet set and plenty of time, but the older generations seem to lack this part, so I can't find any good guides on youtube. It seems like it would be pretty straight forward though.
