2024 Prime XSE - change tire and rim size?

I just bought a 2024 Prius Prime xse and I would like to change the tire size, and rims of course. It has under 500 mi on it.. These are the factory stock tires and rims that come from Toyota with a new XSE car.

I would like to replace them with the rims and tires that are 17 in. that are used in the XE model.

Is this possible?

Would it affect anything else on the car because of the difference in tire and rim sizes (Warranty, software, safety features, mileage estimates, etc?)

I would be willing to trade them for somebody's 17-in tires and rims.
