I've used the Prius Chat search tool. I've searched the internet with google. Cannot seem to find info on tool to remove and install the 90915-YZZN1 oil filter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You don't need anything special. Just a 64mm/14 flute oil filter wrench made for Toyotas. A Google search for Toyota Oil Filter Wrench will give you dozens of choices.

Toyota lists one(09228-06502) that is especially durable and precise, but it's stupid expensive($89.16 MSRP). Only worth it if you're a dealership or a shop that specializes in Toyotas and are using it dozens of times a day. It might also be discontinued. If you still want to overpay, Snap-On makes one(OFTOY468) for $66.75. Or you can spend $15-25 for a generic one at your local autoparts store or on Amazon.

So a 64 mm 14 flute filter end cap wrench is the right one to look for, not a 64.5 mm or 65 mm size ?
Or is a 64.3 mm 14 flute end cap wrench really the correct size ?
    Thank You.

I just realized I have a vernier Caliper in inch/mm and can measure the toyota 90915-YZZN1 filter flats dimension. It is really close to 64.3 mm.
I decided to get a nice steel end cap wrench listed as 64.3 mm, pretty cheap ($9.64 with tax and sshipping). Used Amazon. Shoee brand
64.3mm Oil Filter Wrench for Toyota,Lexus,RAV4,Camry,Tundra,FJ Cruiser,Tacoma,Avalon,Highlander,Sienna,Scion,Prius,Corolla-Filter Removal Tool
Here's an image of this steel end cap wrench:

There is another filter end cap wrench (Pesico brand), air craft aliminum, that lists the 90915-YZZN1 as a filter it can fit, in one of the product images, attached here. I decided the steel 64.3 mm one is good enough for me. The aluminum is much more expensive.

Hondas automotive oil filter wrench is a perfect fit too. It’s heavy gauge, stamped steel, about $30 USD. Any Honda dealership would have them, or could order it. I’ve had one since around 1990; fits Honda, Toyota and Mazda. I believe this is the current part number:

    07AAA-PLCA100

the one in post #4 looks similar.

I have on hand the older, Gen 3 style oil filter housing, a spin-on filter, and my Honda oil filter wrench, so took some measurements:

gen 3 filter housing: 64.0 (mm)
    Spin-on filter: 64.1
    Honda oil filter wrench: 64.5

trying the Honda oil filter wrench (aka “oil filter socket”?), it is very snug. Take away: you need that 0.4~0.5 mm clearance; the oil filters are bulky, 14-face, and all the slight variations accumulate.

Nice of them to post such detailed drawings. Spent 10 mins and drew up and 3D printed one for myself. (y)

Nylon carbon fiber. I make tons of tools and jigs out of this stuff. Way stronger than it needs to be.

Got a filter and it fits nice and snug. Also made a wrench for it. I will be uploading this to a part sharing site incase anyone that has a 3D printer and wants to make one. I'm sure it would be fine even with cheap PLA. Will post the link shortly.

The filter end cap wrench I recieved was not the one pictures Above.
It is a stepped end cap wrench 65-64 14P(oint).
It fits the 90915-YZZN1 nicely. I believe it will work.
I will add pics here soon:

In reality I think they pulled a bait and switch on me.
A 65mm end cap wrench may have worked just fine, the extra 0.7 diameter does not seem to matter much. A closer look reveals the filter might be partially engaged in the 64 mm bottom step of the wrench. Hard to tell.

I bought a Lisle 61600 this week, seems ok, $6 something. It fits a little loose on N1 but fine on a Denso 150-2001. Will work ok on any I think.
A note on the N1 just for information. Watching Whip City Wrencher finding light leaks on the bypass valve on Fram Ultra and Champ Labs made oil filters with metal end caps, I did my own tests. He tested an Amsoil, same thing.
Cut two new N1’s, both have some light leak gap. The plasticized sealing area is not soft enough and being a little bumpy makes it worse.
Then I cut open an unused 90915-yzzf2 from 2007. On my Prius I went to the longer F1 in 2007 and had F2 left over. The light gap is better as the plastic seal is smoother than the N1, but still not like I would want. It may not totally matter as there isn’t a lot of dirt in new engines so chances are less any will find the gap.
Looking for alternative oil filters. Fram Ultra used to have a black gasket on the metal end cap for the bypass valve to press into. Too bad they went to the Champ design.

I see that this Toyota 90915-YZZN1 has a Denso numberr printed on it, BT115010-8210 (Made in Thailand).
I see that there are other filters, same prefix number, but ending in YZZD1, YZZD2, ect.
They also have denso numbers Same prefix number, different suffix number.
Is there any key to the numbering that might offer relief valve pressure setting, flow rate, anything.
If there is room for a longer filter in the filter space in a Gen 5 Prius, I'd like to use the bigger filter.

The YZZF1 is longer but same diameter as the N1. People say they use it. I used to use it on the 2007 because the filter stays full of oil by position. For me a non expert I am not sure about the longer when it lays on it’s side. For sure the first start after an oil change the longer filter takes very slightly more time to fill before the oil gets to the engine.

The other site I was using was taking way too long to publish so I uploaded my design to Printables.

Use the best material you have but like I said PLA will probably be just fine.
