    Hi folks,

I live in Northern SF Bay area in California. I am the second owner of a 2nd gen (red) Prius. It now has 191,000 miles on it. It runs like a dream but as the odometer creeps closer to that 200K mark, I thought I would reach out to the community for tips / recommendations on what should be repaired, replaced and checked when I go in for a major tune up.

NOTE: When my Prius had 161,000 miles the battery bank failed. Luckily it had a warranty up to 165K so I have a NEW battery bank ;).

PS: Great to be a new member on the community

How did you get a warranty for the battery at 161k?
