3rd gen coil springs in 2nd gen front struts.

    I was listened a "dug dug" annoying sound from left side front suspension,and car was also 1 inch down from left side as well, after all ruber parts replacement not fixed, my mechanic replaced my struts with modification of coils spring of 3rd gen model, now sound gone but suspension feel hard, is it normal to do so?whereas car is still down from left front side..

    huh? pics? I never understood why no one posts pictures of what they speak.
    so, are you using Gen 2 Struts and Gen 3 Springs? or modified Gen 3 Struts and Springs?
