405 The Movie-a short film

Dang, I knew one of those planes down at John Wayne would touch down too early some day...

 

For the benefit of the Oregon and Washington contingent, the 405 in this short film is the San Diego Freeway.

 

Most freeways in L.A. have a destination name.

For the Washington and Oregon members the 405 aka San Diego Freeway runs mainly thru Los Angeles County and merges with I-5 in Orange County.
the 405 does not exist in San Diego.

 

I found it interesting all that wikipedia had on the 405.

 

I remember when this film was made at least a few years ago. I think it was 2 guys with mostly consumer/prosumer equipment. They worked in the industry so they had a leg up on the digital effects.
