6 CD Changer is Flashing Red and Green!

So the lights under the 6 CD changer's buttons starting flashing red and green. I took out the CD changer and removed all the CDs as i thought a jammed one could be causing the FRAG. This hasn't worked. Is there any common cause of this? Do I need to put in a code or something to get it back working after re-installing it? The Car is a 2003.

Please please please help me, I don't have the money to have someone fix it for me.
