I agree with all those others... he should be disbarred. And counter sued. And have rotten fruit thrown at him in the streets. At least, thats what i would do if i saw him. That lawsuit is ridiculous, it's just a get rich quick scheme on his part.

Plenty of plaintiffs not playing with a full deck but the real question should be directed to the judge who refused to dismiss the lawsuit.

In any case 67 million BTW seems rather paltry. He should increase it to 67 billion or so...

Get rich? Mr. Chung's pockets are probably very clean but not very deep.

The difference is that the skunk has brake marks in front of it.

Let's see. He's picking on immigrants. He's being criticized by the National Labors Relations Board (which leans to the left). Nope, this lawyer is a textbook conservative.

All within the context of the lawsuit, weak. :) But better than nothing.

If it was only a pair of shorts. Then it would only be 33.5 million .

No, it would be even more, because we all know how important briefs are to lawyers.

Seriously, though, I think this one will get thrown out. If it doesn't, I hope this guy gets a stain on his pants. From fruit filling. Then, when he's seen by the cleaning lady licking the fruit filling from his pants...

    Court costs.

I'll bet the Chungs lost a lot more than that. And I'll also bet they'll have to take legal action to get the guy to pay the court costs.

And thanks to this media circus no one notices Marion Barry.

"The two-day trial earlier this month drew a standing-room-only crowd and overshadowed the drunken driving trial of former Mayor Marion Barry."

I'm hoping the plaintiff eventually has to pay the legal fees from point 0 to the end plus about $300,000 in damages to the koreans.

we can call the $300,000 a stupidity fee.
