    Is there a way to verify whether the proper A/C compressor oil was used?

    It's hard to say whether the right compressor oil was used, but if your car logs a hybrid vehicle ECU DTC which shows a high voltage ground fault with the AC compressor then you'll have evidence that the wrong compressor oil was used.
