Hi there! Did a lot of research on changing the fluid for the inverter and heard the air getting in the system can be a huge problem and a pain to fix! So I came up with my own system!

1: turn on hybrid system and crack open inverter res top.
2: put a funnel that fits on res top and fill funnel with distilled water.
3: go under car and only crack open bolt to drain, do not fully remove.
4: keep an eye on the funnel and fill it so the rest never gets air in and look under car until you only see distilled water coming out.
5: now start putting your concentrated coolant into the funnel.
6:keep an eye on how much water you used and try to stop maybe half a bottle of coolant short of that, your going to lose more water right away.
7: take your coolant tester and make sure you've got a good mix in your system! Add water or coolant, whichever you need to make it right!

I did this and my inverter pump has been humming along and almost two weeks later and 700 miles no triangles or engine lights!
I hope this can help anyone who's keeping a gen 1 alive!

That's a clever approach, but I would also reassure anyone that the ordinary process of letting the air out using the bleed valves is really not a huge problem or a pain. A few tips make it go pretty smoothly.
