a phone that works

I have just bought a new T Spirit and like many others I read about, are having problems with the hands free.
There is a wealth of information on this forum but it is mostly on US phones
I was hoping someone in the UK may be able to point me in the direction of of
a phone that will dial out and receive calls without problems.
My motorola razor is a disaster drops the call all the time and will not transfer the data in the phone book.
My wife's LG Rhino will pair instantly but drops the connection when dialing
Any advise will be grateful
i have found that the Samsung J600 will transfer the phone book in one go into the prius phone book
