A sunshade added to my carport to prevent UV headlight lens degradation...and more...

After the hailstorm that damaged my 2012 Prius v a couple of years, ago. My husband put in a carport and parking pad for me as an anniversary gift. I have always protected the car with a cheap $25 car cover from Walmart. The headlight lenses still look new after 7 years.

A couple of days, ago, I took a chance and ordered a $30 sunshade from an Amazon vendor. It took a couple of days and several trials to get it installed right, but it was worth it. Just park it and the car is kept cool in the shade.
