    My biggest takeaway is ChargePoint sells their EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) with different service plans. Regardless of plan, you need to route the repair notice or request via the property manager. Reporting it to ChargePoint, they will try to communicate with the property owner or manager but given personnel changes, it doesn't alway work efficiently.
