ABS C0210, C1214, U0073

Suddenly today when I turned on my prius the ABS, Brake, and Traction lights came on. I had them scanned at autozone and got the codes
C0210 - Right rear wheel speed sensor signal malfunction
C1214 - Malfunction in hydraulic system
U0073 - Control Module Communication Bus OFF

The Regen breaking is non functional with the break petal, however letting off the gas still regens and so does B position on the shifter. The friction breaks work fine it doesn't feel like the lines have air or are leaking but i did not get to do a visual inspection under the car yet.

My initial searches came up with this possibly being caused by my bluetooth OBDII and torque app so I followed the Advice to disconnect both batteries and reset the car. The error did not go away.

I'm going to start by inspecting the right rear wheel speed sensor.
