The ABS, Skidding, Brake and Brake system lights keep coming on, on my 2012 Prius. When they are on the brakes are working fine and I seem to have no problem driving. The lights come on and go off repeatedly during my commute (1/2 hour). It does seem to happen more when the car is cold. It has been less than 0 many morning lately. This started in a few months ago not long after having new brakes put on the car. I have tried to take it in but the lights were not on and the system did not read an error at the time. Any ideas?

if the lights have been on, and you haven't reset the 12v, there will be codes using tech stream

Your brake fluid might just be a tad bit low.
Try adding a tablespoon or so.
The shop that did your brakes should know to do that.

Yeah that's a puzzle; dealership looked at it and said they didn't see any stored codes? There should be.

There can start being answers instead of guesses as soon as the OP posts what the trouble codes are.

In case of not having a scan tool handy, or not having one that successfully retrieves the codes, codes from the brake computer can be read by putting a simple jumper wire between pins Tc and CG of the diagnostic port and counting blinks on those three dash lights. Some searching on those terms will find a lot of existing posts on how to do that.
