I rebuilt my Prius’s front end new struts, cv axles, sway bars, & rack and pinion. I ran into a problem. The rotor guards were rubbing on the rotors. I jacked the front end up and put it on stands to put it in neutral. I don’t know what possessed me to push the gas when I did this. The wheels spun. One caliper and rotor was off at the time. All the above lights came on when I did this. I defined have leak in that caliper by the piston. I blead my lines trying to reset this. They were working fine before this. I ordered new front calipers now. I’m just gonna replace them. I also tried to reset the abs, vcs, and circle exclamation point light with a paper clip to no avail. They keep flashing codes. Trying to read them now. Any suggestions?

Many like to use a "mini-vci cable" and a copy of techstream (same software the dealership uses) to read the DTCs (codes).

You can also grab an OBD2 adapter, which can be used with an App like: Hybrid Assistant or Dr Prius.

Wait until you have completed the replacing and refitting all the brake parts and have bled the brakes. Then do the reset, the one that has you press the brake pedal 8 times in 5 seconds in one of the steps. With it all apart, you will be generating error codes and you won't be able to clear them.

There is one, maybe two good posts where the person bled the front brakes without Techstream, so it is doable. Use Advanced search by clicking on the "More..." button and limit the search to the Gen 2 forums and their child forums.

Nothing lost by giving the 12 V battery a charge, especially if it was very low.
It is a common conclusion to which many people jump. When you get your MVCI, you will then be able to look at the freeze frame data. This is a snapshot at the time the DTC was logged. When you look at it, you may see that the car was in READY and even may have been in motion, so the battery's SoC might be something (but it also might not even be low), the question you need ask is how did the 12 V battery become that way (if it is low) when the 12 V B+ is supposed to be supplied from the inverter's DC/DC converter. When you can work that out, you can then fix the underlying problem.

How is the inverter coolant pump? How is the inverter coolant itself, still nice and fresh?

I had a clogged heater core pump that I recently caught so new coolant. Inverter was working.
Car has been sitting since October because of the cold weather. I’ve been slowly fixing everything that needs fixed. I drove it today 30 miles to work everything seems fine except th rotor shields are rubbing against the rotors. I must of bent them.
