Took the 05Prius back for oil change and received a recommendation for AC service. The dealer told me that the pressure is reading 130psi. Something about vacuum reading?? I'm not sure what that's equal to? Anyway, is this a issue?
This is $119 job.. Not a big deal but budget cut recently.

Does your ac work good? Sounds like the dealer wants some of your money.

I though about that as well. Just need second opinion.

If it's working, don't. The system is completely contained with no seals against rotating parts. The only way it can leak is by getting punctured (or sometimes by getting opened up for a "service check"), and then it will stop working altogether.

Did you ask the dealer to fiddle with the A/C? Tell him to keep his pea-pickin' hands off it.
