I bought a electric tire pump that plugs into the 12v accessory port.

Do you know how much voltage/watt the accessory port on the Prius can deliver? I read some reviews where the pump blew the fuse in the car. Also, is the Prius fuse easy to replace?

10 amps according to the manual. A motor may use more current during initial start than it does running.

    Voltage is 12V
Current is 10A max, it will blow a fuse if you exceed 10A
    E*I=P
    12V*10A=120WATTS

Maybe I have a different or updated manual, but mine says fuses #1 and #3 operate the "CIG" and "PWR OUTLET" - both rated at 15 amps. My guess is the CIG is the one forward of the low-bridge console and the other is inside the center console.

Here are all the specs of the pump I bought:

Can the Prius accessory port (center console and on floor port) handle that?

    It says

It would appear that your pump is going to blow a fuse at pressures much above 10 psi. The pump could be run safely from a car battery or a "jump" box as long as the circuit was protected at about 20 amps. (That doesn't mean replacing the fuse in your car with a 20 amp fuse. The wiring is not heavy enough.)

Well, IF you leave the car in "ready" and IF you are lucky, you may not blow the fuse. While in "ready" the 12V system runs at 13.8V, so the pump would probably draw a little less current. Fuses are cheap. Try it -before- you need it in an emergency and see. The fuse is easy to replace.
