Adapting a hybrid battery kit from newpriusbatteries

I bought a gen 3 battery repair kit from newpriusbatteries, which was perhaps an overly hasty decision. Come to find out the Prius C has a smaller battery, and I cannot find any specific information on how to adapt the kit and the company is not responding to email. It didn't come with instructions either, though I found a pdf on this site that is helpful but doesn't detail the Prius C. I think the main concern I have is that the wiring harness will not function correctly. The original seems like it might have been set up differently. Has anyone dealt with this? Could the harness for the larger battery be used by simply removing or taping off the extra wires or are the connections somehow set-up differently? Many thanks
