    Hello,

I've got an 05' Prius and chose the package without the navigation system, which I now regret...

I know that there are some 3rd party products that could be added, but I was curious if Toyota will upgrade my model to have the factory setup (Correct non-touch screen buttons, ect)?

Also, Does anyone recommend a specific 3rd party Navigation upgrade?

    Thanks,

    Derek Carpenter

My original plan was to get a #5 and get a third-party NAV system, although I ended up with a #6.

If I were you, I'd get a third-party system. You'd get a lot more stuff at a cheaper price. There are many good ones on the market and even some that would be built-in (if you want a larger screen). Don't get me wrong. I like the built-in. This is the first NAV system I've had. My next car will have one, although whether it's built-in or not is still in the air.

I would like some info about adding a nav system as well. MY '06 pkg 6 does NOT have NAV.
    Anybody out there?
    Aftermarket Navigation systems?

See my posts here, where I integrated the Garmin GVN 52 into my MFD and Auxilary audio input:

It should work with any 2006 or 2007 with the backup camera.
