When I got my car back from regular service and a car wash, I noticed the windshield washers were out of position. To remedy this I took a pair of sharply pointed tweezers a gently inserted each point into the two washer holes of each washer outlet (2 each per half windshield) and levered the washer outlet ball back into position. It took several iterations, but finally got both sides properly positioned.
Anybody know of an easier way?

There is a special tool, but I did it similar to your method. Not worth the $$ and time getting the tool

I've used a needle to move the outlet around, but the OP's method sounds better.

I've used a paperclip on previous vehicles. Sometimes I had to squirt some WD-40 around the nozzles so they'd loosen up so that I could move them. Although, the tweezers, or maybe even a really tiny awl (isn't that the tool with the pointed end?).

    A straight pin works great.

    A toothpick will work too.

    I think I used a paperclip.
