Advice Please: Recommend Chain BodyWork Shop

    My car was hailed on last month. Once the most damaged panels are replaced and the remainder fixed with PDR, the entire car will be repainted. The paint part has me wondering, since I have received bids that include paint warranties from one year from a local independent, two years from the shop the local toyota dealer uses, up to five years from MAACO.

    All advice very welcome, from education regarding car painting in general, to any specific shop recommendations. Regarding the latter, shops local to Albuquerque, or national chains would be relevant.

    find a local car restore place that works on old/hotrod types and talk to them
