after market dvd nav

    I would like to know if anyone has gotten a stereo that has those popout screens that are touch screen play dvd mp3 and do navigation i know these are available but does anyone recomend a particular one that will work with 2004 the control on the mfd or steering wheel. i saw this http://www.vegascustomz.com/source_units/its710w.htm is there something anyone recomends
