Aftermarket headunit does not turn on

    So I bought a headunit and a CBL canbus. A bought headunit has its own harness, however I decided to connect a headunit to a car using CBL canbus because it can connect to all the car harness. Unfortunately, the headunit does not turn on. I decided to connect my stock stereo back into my prius but it won't turn on either. Anyone know what is going on?

    First thing to check is if you are getting power. Hopefully it's just a blown fuse. If so, the question is why it blew. Canbus connections shouldn't have a problem, but you never know.

    FWIW, I always check functionality BEFORE putting stuff back together...just in case.
