Aftermarket Service Shop in D.C. / Baltimore Area

Hello all.

I live in the Baltimore / Washington D. C. area and I am looking for a service shop (performance shop perhaps?) that specializes in later model Toyota cars. I have two mods that I would like to perform on my Gen III 2010 Prius - but the Toyota dealer will not do:

1. Upgrade the squeaky sounding factory horn to something a bit more serious, and
2. Add fog/driving lights to the area/cutaways under my headlights.

Anybody know of a spec shop in the D.C. / Baltimore area?
