Aftermarket stereo with support for metadata with foreign characters

In all of my searching, I have yet to find any information on any aftermarket stereos in the US that support displaying foreign characters in a song's metadata. Please note that I haven't had any experience with Bluetooth stereos at all, so this is all pretty new to me. For example, I know units marketed in Japan support this, but would a unit marketed in the US be able to display foreign characters?



Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Would be a shame to go out and buy an aftermarket stereo only to have the occasional song display as "??????"
