AGT HID bulbs?

Looking to replace my woefully dim HID headlights in a 2009 Prius Touring. Called the # on the webpage for Phillips, and was told they could sell me one bulb for $89 or I could get a two-pack of AGT bulbs for $79. Does anyone here have experience with AGT bulbs? Or with the carhidkits site? Not sure if this is the outfit who has the Phillips website, but the cs rep told me to navigate to the carhidkits site for a description of the AGT kit.
