Air conditioner issues

I've read a few threads on AC issues so if this has been answered or covered completely please let me know. the thread that had the same issue as me just..... kind ....of...... stopped.

Most of the time the AC blows great and cold air, then it stops blowing cold and starts blowing hot/humid air. I live in a dry part of the country so I know what humidity feels like. It does this for about a half hour or so then kicks back in like there was no issue.

Is this an AC recharge issue or something else? One thread suggested it may be a relay switch?

Any help would be super appreciated as I live in Texas and drive 100 miles a day.

Also new to the forums and I am excited to learn more about our Prius.
