I bought both from Amazon, though the price on both have gone up since I bought them.

Got the water pump Aisen) for $174 and the thermostat (Dorman) for $25.

My likely go-to, not being in the States, the overall page:

Water pump for Toyota Prius 3 generation 01.2009 - 11.2011 - Toyota Car & Auto Spare Parts - Genuine Online Car Parts Catalogue - Amayama

For me, clicking on the pump link, in CDN dollars:

Bit of a question mark, since shipping from Japan isn't indicated. I'd guesstimate around $50, since UAE is significantly further. When shipping is not shown, Amayama has assured me you do get a shipping charge quote further into the process, before having to commit. Also, in my experience, there's no extra charges, say sales tax or duty: part cost and shipping is all. Nother thing: if doing multiple item purchase, usually cheapest to ship from one country only, either UAE or Japan.

Anyway, assuming CDN price $158.09+&50~, CDN all-in would be $210~, converts to around $165~170 USD.
