Question: Drove my 2008 Prius over railroad tracks. Now, all the dashboard warning lights have turned on and stay on while driving. Any advice ? Thanks.

Maybe a wheel's speed sensor shook loose?

Different lights on the dash represent issues logged by different ECUs in the car. If "all" the lights are now on, there are several problems to track down in the car.

Just follow the bog-standard usual advice: get the trouble codes read, from all of the ECUs that are showing lights, then fix the corresponding problems.

What sort of a railroad track crossing was this?

I was once in a friend's house near a crossing when a drunk driver came up the hill, totally missed the turn in the road to where the actual grade crossing is, and went straight up the hill and embankment and over the rails standing completely above ground. Most of the car came to rest in the wall of the motorcycle shop across the street. The driver got frustrated by the way it would only drive in circles after that, and finally left it, got out, and ran down the street.

As the car went over the rails, the rails bent like bow strings, and on release, fired several rail spikes well back into my friends' yard, about halfway to the house.

The car had been serviced regularly, and prior to the "Bump", none of the lights were on.

The procedure doesn't change. If the car is reporting multiple issues now (whether all were caused by the "bump" or some were coincidences, doesn't matter) ... one simply reads the problem codes, finds the problems, and fixes them.

Are you able to post a photo showing which lights are on? "all lights" covers an awful lot, but if true, could just be a communication glitch from the bump. Does the car continue to drive normally? Most cars will stop displaying warning lights if they do not reoccur after 3-5 start-stop cycles. Although not an ideal solution, if the car continues to drive normally, disconnecting the 12v battery for a few minutes may or may not clear everything. I'm sure no one has ever done that before.....
