all warning lights

    no error on scanner, all warning lights on except vic light, not going to ready mode, engin is not starting reset many time by unplugging 12v battery. .also charged the 12 battery from battery shop
    please help getting from last two days

    What did you use to read the codes? It probably can’t read hybrid system codes. If you want to read the codes yourself get Mini-VCI.

    what is the static voltage of your 12v after the car has been off a few hours?

    10 V, when i switch on goes to 9.

    Just for clarification sake, the voltage you said is from a new battery? As in brand new and just installed and it's reading 9-10v? That voltage is to low

    Disconnect the battery (both positive and negative) from the car and then test it. This can help determine if there is something electrical on the car that's pulling down the battery real bad.

    this is for old one, new battery have full 12 V.

    Check the brake pedal switch.

    If the brake pedal switch is misadjusted, or has a bad connection, or is defective, then pushing the power button will cycle through "accessory" mode, "ignition on", and "off", but never go to "ready".
