If you want cheap, it's hard to go wrong with a new, but previous year's (or discontinued) MTX amp purchased on Ebay. I've got a Thunder 564 and 421D in my Prius, and a Thunder 342 (previously the Prius's subwoofer amp) and a 421D in my SUV. Dirt cheap, good performance for the price, and stable driving a 2 ohm load.

Pretty much any mainstream 4 - channel amp should be able to handle your speakers. Most of them are good for 2 ohms per channel. A standard run-of-the-mill Alpine, like the MRP-250 would be decent.
