Android head unit for a 2015 Prius

    I just got my Prius, and am most likely not going to put any more money into it yet. But after having it for about a month, i realized how much the stock head unit sucks.
    I have been looking online for fun about android powered head units, but nothing I've seen yet has specifically said that they are compatible with the 2015.
    so my question is, are the head unit that are made for the 2009-2013 compatible with the 2015, and if not what android head units are
