    Andy Rooney, that 5 minute spark of life, that ended every episode of 60 Minutes has passed away. He was 92. Life each week will be a little less brighter without his input!


    CBS News announced earlier today,

    Andy Rooney, the "60 Minutes" commentator known to generations for his wry, humorous and contentious television essays - a unique genre he is credited with inventing - died Friday night in a hospital in New York City of complications following minor surgery. He was 92,

    Andy was a man I loved to hear talk...

    I didn't always agree with him...

    But I do know he was a man with an opinion... because HE SAW stuff... different than me... but also in times of war... and that meant he wasn't in control of what he talked about... because I know govt...

    One month... and gone... that ain't right.

    Way too soon for someone like him. That came as a real surprise as I read the obit yesterday.
