    I just saw a listing in the PC shop for $59. I was able to get mine a couple months ago direct for $42 including tax from Burnsville Toyota up here; they seem to have plenty in stock most of the time. I picked mine up in person, but they may be able to ship one for a reasonable price. It's at least worth a phone call.
