Any advice for Asheville area scenic drives?

    Planning a vacation next week driving our 2011 Prius from FL to Asheville NC. Will have our 1-year old baby with us. Anybody from the area have any recommendations on nice mountain scenic drives that are less travelled? I know about Blue Ridge Parkway :), looking for more secluded mountain drives with lots of nature. Dirt roads OK if passable in a Prius.
