Anyone in Seattle/Sammamish area have Toyota techstream software?

    I have ordered a brand new key fob (over $300) and need to sync it to my Prius v wagon.
    The dealer wants to charge me $120 labor to do this.
    Any ideas of who might be able to do this without me having to resort to dealer and this price?
